JUMPSTART Essential offers core solutions to businesses that recently launched. It includes Microsoft 365 productivity and cloud solutions, SentinelOne endpoint protection, Huntress breach detection service, Cyberhawks network monitoring and patching systems, and IT support and computer management. Essential subscribers are also provided with an exclusive e-mail support channel to address their technical needs.
JUMPSTART Premium offers all the features in Essential, with additional benefits such as live chat or phone helpdesk support from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in your local time zone and M365 email backup.
JUMPSTART Complete offers all the features of Premium with additional 24/7/365 live helpdesk support and backup solutions for M365 email, OneDrive and SharePoint, and VoIP services.

Microsoft no longer supports OS versions earlier than Microsoft Windows 10 due to security reasons. For MAC, we recommend using MAC OX 10.10 or newer to keep your machine secure.
